Standard Warranty Policy
The warranty period and the "three guarantees" period of validity of Liying products are calculated from the date of issuing the invoice. Within the "three guarantees" period of validity of the products, the faults caused by using this product under normal conditions can be repaired, replaced and returned according to the "three guarantees" provisions. During the product warranty period, you can enjoy free maintenance service at the Liying Certification Service Agency according to the warranty terms.
During the warranty period (including the three guarantee period), the following conditions will not enjoy the "three guarantee" service (unless otherwise agreed with Li Ying):
(1) The failure or damage of the product is due to the user's use in the working environment not designated by Epson (such as power supply, temperature, humidity, altitude or atmospheric pressure);
(2) The failure or damage of the product is caused by the user's failure (such as battery leakage or explosion) when using non original Liying or designated options or accessories;
(3) Product failure and damage caused by virus infection during user use;
(4) The failure and damage of the product are caused by the user's use of non genuine consumables (ribbon, ink, printing paper, toner, CD, etc.);
(5) Failure and damage caused by improper storage by users (such as rat damage, insect damage, liquid infiltration, foreign matter entry and other similar reasons), or loss of product parts;
(6) Faults and damages caused by human factors; Or failure or damage caused by failure to follow the operation methods and precautions written in the product instructions (product itself, product packaging box, product manual/instructions and other forms of data);
(7) Faults caused by computer software and hardware connection;
(8) Failure and damage caused by users during handling;
(9) Failures and damages caused by disassembly, maintenance, modification, etc. of Li Ying products without written authorization of Li Ying Company;
(10) Failure and damage caused by force majeure;
Warranty policy and statement
(1) The geographical scope of warranty is limited to Chinese Mainland, excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan;
(2) The user cannot show valid warranty certificate (warranty card or original "including warranty label" and invoice of warranty manual); Or if the purchase date, sales unit name (valid with seal) and other items in the product warranty card or warranty manual and invoice are incomplete, altered or forged, the product warranty period shall be subject to the information recorded by Liying;
(3) When applying for return or replacement services, users need to provide valid invoices, three guarantee certificates of Liying products (warranty cards or original warranty manuals "including warranty labels"), original product packaging boxes and accompanying accessories when purchasing products;
(4) Consumables (ribbon, ink cartridge, printing paper, toner, etc.) are not covered by the warranty;
(5) The user shall properly keep the original "including warranty label" of the warranty card or warranty manual of the product, and Liying Company will not reissue any warranty certificate;
(6) Users must be responsible for the security of the data stored in the Liying products, and take necessary measures to protect and backup them. Liying will not be directly or indirectly responsible for the loss of any user's documents, programs and other data or the failure of removable storage media;
(7) We will not be responsible for the indirect losses and future profits of users caused by product failures.
